Yuval Keren

Yuval Keren is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Mechanical Engineering and Group Manager at SolarEdge Technologies since August 2020. Previously, Yuval held the position of Staff Mechanical Engineer at Tesla from January 2017 to June 2020. Before that, Yuval was the Head of the Mechanical Department at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries, leading a team in one of Israel's largest defense and aerospace companies from October 2011 to August 2016. Yuval also gained valuable experience as a Mechanical Team Leader in the IDF, where oversight of mechanical design projects for Special Forces was critical, and as a Mechanical Designer from January 2000 to September 2008. Yuval holds a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
