Lindsay R. Bourg

Lindsay R. Bourg serves as Chief Accounting Officer for Solaris. Prior to joining Solaris, Lindsay served in various roles of responsibility for Sabine Oil & Gas Corporation, including, Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, and Controller from July 2009 to April 2017. Lindsay also served as Controller for Sabine Oil & Gas LLC, a privately held upstream company that actively engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development, and production of oil and natural gas through debt and equity financings of nearly $4.0 billion. Prior to Sabine, Lindsay held management and senior-level positions at Davis Petroleum Corporation, Burlington Resources, and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Her accounting experience spans both public and private companies within the energy industry for over 20 years. Lindsay obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Texas State University, where she graduated magna cum laude and is a Certified Public Accountant.
