Joel David Schroeder

Joel David Schroeder, LL.M., currently serves as the Head of Legal Corporate & Regulatory and Senior Corporate Counsel at Solaris SE since May 2022. Prior to this role, Joel held positions as an Associate at Lambsdorff Rechtsanwälte from July 2017 to April 2022, and as a Lawyer at Hengeler Mueller for a brief period in early 2017. Joel's trajectory includes roles as a Referendar at multiple organizations, including Kammergericht, Siemens, and Linklaters, as well as experience as a Legal Assistant at Linklaters focusing on Corporate and M&A law.
