Rustam Gasanov is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in technical leadership and full-stack development. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer and Tech Lead at Solarisbank AG since June 2020, Rustam has previously held key roles as Technical Lead at mobileJobs GmbH and Senior Ruby/Full Stack Software Developer at both Cubits and Movinga. Rustam began the career in software development as a PHP Developer at Extreme Idea Team, later transitioning to Ruby on Rails development. Academically, Rustam holds a Master's Degree and Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Taurida 'V. I. Vernadskiy' National University, obtained between 2006 and 2011.
