Sabry Shawally is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Solarisbank AG since November 2021, Shawally previously held similar positions at Zalando SE and Omio, where responsibilities included leading the search team and enhancing search functionality across various platforms. Prior experience includes roles at Travelstart, focusing on external flight supplier integration and payment gateway management, and ferrycode, where involvement ranged from requirement analysis to technical support in the development of an Editorial Workflow System. Sabry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Faculty of Computers and Information Systems, completed in 2011, and is a graduate of Al 'Arish High School.
