Krishna Chandran is currently the Managing Director Partnerships at [Solarisbank](/org/solarisbank). Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director Lending, driving the growth of [Solarisbank](/org/solarisbank)'s Lending Business Unit with new product propositions like Splitpay for Retail customers and SME’s. Krishna has also served as the Deputy Managing Director Lending and Senior Product Owner - Lending at [Solarisbank](/org/solarisbank) AG. Before [Solarisbank](/org/solarisbank), Krishna worked at [Lloyds Banking Group](/org/lloyds-banking-group) as the Sr. Digital Programme Manager and Senior Manager, Banking Applications. Krishna started their career at [Lloyds Banking Group](/org/lloyds-banking-group) as a Business Analyst and then served as the Service Manager at Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd.

Lee Johnstone is Solaris Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of Solaris UK. Before being acquired by Solaris in December 2021, he was Chief Financial Officer at Solaris UK and Solaris Lithuania (formerly Contis) for over 10 years. Lee is a qualified public accountant with more than 20 years of experience in both fast-growing, multi-site businesses and private, public and private equity environments. He has proven leadership skills in increasing business profitability, reducing costs and tightly managing working capital.

Ansgar Finken is Chief Risk Officer at Solaris. Before moving to Solaris, Finken was CRO of BHW Bausparkasse AG and co-initiator of the company's sustainability management. At the Deutsche Bank Group, he was responsible for risk controlling, model risk, credit and bank management issues in retail and investment banking for many years in managerial positions. Another focus of his work are transformation and fusion projects as well as data and IT programs.

Federico Roesler Franz is the GM of Italy at [Solarisbank](/org/solarisbank). Federico has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on banking and fintech. 

Most recently, they were the Country Manager Italy at Raisin, where they were responsible for launching the Italian market via a full API partnership with Banca Sella. Federico also led and consolidated the team in charge of managing B2B partnerships with the existing portfolio of over 90 banks from 24 different countries. 

Before Raisin, Federico worked at KeyTrade Bank, where they held various positions including Head of Treasury, Head of Risk Management, and Head of Partner Bank Relationship Management. In this latter role, they were responsible for breaking down strategic end-to-end projects from business and IT perspective, involving different bank functions, such as Treasury, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Product, Ops and Back office.

Franciso Jaramillo is the General Manager for Spain at Solarisbank, where he is responsible for the development and management of the business. Francisco has a long international career in the banking and fintech industry, in which he gained over 30 years of experience in general management and sales strategy. After starting his career in banking in Ecuador, Francisco moved to Europe, where he held several general management and regional director positions at the global card provider American Express and later also VISA. His next position was at TSYS, where he was responsible for strategic sales as Global Commercial Director. Before moving to Solarisbank, he was Head of Banking and Financial Institutions at the card issuer Marqeta,

He received his bachelor's degree from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and his master’s degree from the Sloan School of Management at MIT. He has a second master’s degree from IE Business School.

Francisco Jaramillo

Jens Lütcke is a co-founder of SOFORT and worked for the company from 2005 to 2017, first as CFO and later as CEO. He was also a member of the Advisory Board of SOFORT Bank. In addition, he has been Managing Director for the DACH region at Klarna since 2014. He then became CEO of Ipan Group and later Deputy CEO of Bluecode. Lütcke was a member of the European Commission's Payment Systems Market Expert Group (PSMEG) for more than five years. Lütcke has been General Manager Germany at Solaris since May 2022 and focuses on expanding business in the DACH region. Lütcke studied law with both state exams and also has a master's degree in European and international business law and a doctorate in law.

Dennis Winter is currently the CTO at [Solarisbank](/org/solarisbank). Prior to this, they were a Systems Engineer at Neofonie GmbH, a Software Engineer at Qudosoft GmbH & Co. KG, and a DevOps Engineer at ONTRAM Inc. Dennis also spent over 10 years at Andrä AG as a Deployment Manager, Systems Engineer, and Software Engineer. Dennis got their start in the industry as a Programmer at Glückert, Wolf, Machelett & Partner.

Dennis Winter

Ingmar Krusch is the current CIO at [Solarisbank](/org/solarisbank). Ingmar has previously served as the Head of Technology - Infrastructure & Operations at ImmobilienScout24 from December 2003 to January 2017. In this role, they were responsible for leading a department of 30 software developers and system engineers, with an annual budget of 9+ mio euros. Ingmar transformed the department from a reactive operations unit into a proactive, agile Platform as a Service engineering organization that is centered around developer productivity and DevOps culture. Ingmar also owned the technological PaaS strategy for their data center and AWS product.

As a member of the IT leadership team, Ingmar co-led the global engineering strategy for ImmobilienScout24, as well as the group wide infrastructure strategy for Scout24. Ingmar was also responsible for promoting the company in the tech community, and building up the brand of a tech company. Prior to their time at ImmobilienScout24, Ingmar served as a Senior Software Engineer at Novedia AG from March 1999 to November 2003.

Chloé Mayenobe is the Chief Growth Officer at [Solarisbank](/org/solarisbank). Chloé has held previous positions as Deputy CEO at Natixis Payments and Managing Director Retail EMEA at Ingenico Group. 

Mayenobe began their career at Ingenico Group in 2008, where they led the company’s EMEA region. In their time there, they transformed the business model to ensure competitiveness and reflect strategic goals of the Group. Chloé also successfully identified and directed business development activities, always keeping the customer perspective in mind. 

In 2018, Mayenobe took on the role of Deputy CEO at Natixis Payments. There they were responsible for growth, data, and transformation. After a successful four years at Natixis Payments, Mayenobe took on their current role as Chief Growth Officer at [Solarisbank](/org/solarisbank) in 2020.

Chloé Mayenobe attended the École Supérieure de Commerce Et de Management - ESCEM for their MBA. Chloé is currently pursuing their education at [San Diego State University](/org/san-diego-state-university).

Julian Grigo joined [Solarisbank](/org/solarisbank) in October 2020. Together with Alexis Hamel, he heads the Digital Assets Business Unit, where he focuses on business strategy. Julian Grigo previously headed the fintech division at Bitkom, Europe's most influential digital association. As part of his work at Bitkom, the blockchain enthusiast published numerous publications, including on the digital euro and decentralized finance, and represented the interests of fintechs before the German Bundestag when the crypto custody license was introduced. Julian studied psychology in Germany and Ireland and received a scholarship from the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom.

Jean-Francois Guillaumin is General Manager France at Solarisbank and has been part of the team since 2021. Jean-Francois has many years of experience in the fintech sector.

Prior to joining Solarisbank, he was Managing Director of Incomlend Europe, a trade finance marketplace. He is also co-founder of Finense, a fintech in the healthcare sector, and held senior positions in sales and business development at Neobank Nickel (now BNP Paribas Group) and at Anytime (now Orange Group). Jean-François began his career in the financial services sector at Western Union, where he held several positions in regional and international positions in the areas of business development, innovation and product management.

He is a graduate of IEP Paris (Sciences-Po) and HEC Paris and has a degree in economics.

Timo Weber is a founding member of [Solarisbank](/org/solarisbank) and has been Managing Director International & Business Units since April 2021. He has overall responsibility for the four business units of [Solarisbank](/org/solarisbank) as well as the international expansion strategy. Before that, he was Co-Managing Director Digital Banking & Cards, responsible for the banking and payments business.
