Ralph Cumbee

Ralph Cumbee has a diverse work history in the banking industry. Ralph started their career at SunTrust Bank as a VP/Commercial Loan Officer from an unknown start date to 1993. Ralph then joined First National Bank of Pasco as EVP, Chief Lending Officer from 1994 to 2006. Following this, they served as President of the Pasco Region at First Community Bank of America from 2006 to 2009. Ralph then became the President of the Hillsborough/Pasco Regions at the same bank from 2009 to 2011. Ralph joined Solarity Credit Union in 2011 as the Chief Lending Officer/VP and held this position until 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they served as SVP CLO/CIO at Solarity Credit Union. Ralph then took on the role of SVP - CXO (Chief Experience Officer) from 2016 to 2019. During the same period, they held the position of Chief Innovation Officer at Solarity CU. Ralph's career continued at Solarity Credit Union, where they became the Chief Innovation Officer from 2019 to 2023. Ralph then became the Chief Revenue Officer from August 2021 to April 2023. Currently, Ralph is the Chief Credit Officer at Solarity Credit Union.

Ralph Cumbee completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of South Florida from 1981 to 1985. Ralph then pursued further education in the field of Banking, earning a Graduate School of Banking degree from LSU from 1996 to 1997. In 2002 to 2003, they completed a Master of Professional Banking degree in Banking.
