Jen Sparks has extensive experience in various roles spanning human resources, administration, and management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Solarity since November 2017, Jen handles HR administration tasks such as employee file management, recruitment, and onboarding, while also leveraging SmartSheet for data analysis and process automation. Prior to this, Jen worked as a Review Supervisor, leading a team in processing medical records, and held the position of Office Administrator at CareersInFood.com, where responsibilities included customer service, sales support, and content management. Additional experience includes roles as a Life Skills Trainer, Assistant Manager at Pizza Hut, and Manager at Mailbox Express. Jen attended Ozarks Technical Community College, focusing on Graphic Design.
