Brian Chang

Brian Chang is an experienced professional currently serving as the Sales, Marketing, and Events Coordinator at SolarShare Co-op since December 2024. Previously, Brian held positions as a Research and Grading Assistant and a Research and Program Development Intern at Ivey Business School at Western University, contributing to research on diversity in team effectiveness and promoting sustainability in business practices. Additional experience includes roles as Events Staff at the Centre for Social Innovation, Co-Organizer for the Doughnut Economics Collective Toronto, Front of House Associate at Bang Bang Ice Cream & Bakery, and a Youth Volunteer and Youth Representative on the Board of Directors at South Vancouver Neighbourhood House. Brian holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Ivey Business School and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Western University, both completed in 2023.
