Jim Sprouse

Jim Sprouse has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Jim is currently serving as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at SolarTech, where they focus on revenue growth strategies and business development within the renewable energy industry. Jim is also a Board Member at Kaizen Management Group and Paradox, where they contribute to the company's management and decision-making processes. Previously, they were the CEO of Kaizen Management Group / Paradox Cannabis, where they emphasized providing high-quality, solventless cannabis products. Jim has also worked as a Revenue Consultant at Flow Distro / Satellites Dip, addressing the distribution challenges within the California cannabis industry. Jim has experience as a Principal and Chief Revenue Officer at Trinity 341 LLC and Calexico Distribution Company LLC. Earlier in their career, Jim founded Cannabis Tax and Accounting Services and worked as a Principal at Cain Advisory Group. Jim began their professional journey as a Sales/Marketing Executive Leader at Aflac.
