Lilian Heinz

Lilian Heinz has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Lilian is currently working as a Junior Business Development Manager at SOLARWATT Germany since December 2021. Before joining SOLARWATT, they worked at Accumotive GmbH & Co. KG from January 2021 to December 2021 as a Business Process Specialist. Prior to that, they served as an Anlaufmanagerin at Accumotive GmbH & Co. KG from October 2019 to December 2020. In 2018, Lilian worked at Porsche Leipzig GmbH as both a Masterandin from March 2019 to August 2019 and a Praktikantin im Produktaudit Gesamtfahrzeug from September 2018 to February 2019. Lilian also gained experience in logistics as a Praktikantin und Bachelorandin at Meleghy Automotive GmbH & Co. KG from February 2017 to June 2017. Additionally, Lilian has experience in international manufacturing control as a Praktikantin internationale Fertigungssteuerung at Robert Bosch Fahrzeugelektrik Eisenach GmbH from September 2015 to February 2016. Their career began at Deutsche Rentenversicherung in 2007, where they started as an Auszubildende und Angestellte (Sozialversicherungsfachangestellte) and continued to work in a part-time capacity (25-30 hours per week) during their studies until September 2013. Lilian also completed a short internship at HAMPL Motors in July 2013.

Lilian Heinz received their Bachelor of Science degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Industrie Vertiefung Produktion from Ernst-Abbe-Hochschule Jena, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Following this, they pursued their Master of Science degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from the same institution, graduating in 2019.
