Juan Carlo Avila

Juan Carlo (JC) Avila is an experienced professional in customer success and account management, currently serving as Manager of Customer Success at SolarWinds since October 2017. In this role, JC ensures clients effectively leverage solutions and maintain a positive experience. Previous positions at SolarWinds include Senior Customer Success Manager and Senior Account Manager, where responsibilities included managing renewal pipelines, resolving client obstacles, and negotiating sales. Prior to SolarWinds, JC held positions at ServiceSource as Renewals Account Manager and at Ingram Micro as Product Specialist. JC began a career in sales with Maersk Global Service Centres. JC possesses a Bachelor of Arts in English from Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
