Limor Buium is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of HR at SolarWinds since January 2024, where Limor leads HR services and aligns HR strategies with business goals in a global high-tech environment. Previously, as the Head of People at ThriveDX from May 2021 to January 2023, Limor collaborated with multiple business units to drive success through effective HR management. Limor has also held significant HR roles at Henkel, Benda Magnetic, and MEMO Global, focusing on global HR activities, employee lifecycle processes, and recruitment strategies. Limor's educational background includes a degree in BA in Behavioral Sciences from the College of Management and advanced training in Organizational Consulting and Development from Recanati School of Business Administration.
