Sudhakar Ramakrishna

Sudhakar Ramakrishna was appointed CEO and Board Member of SolarWinds in January, 2021.

Sudhakar Ramakrishna has served on SolarWinds' board of directors since December 2020. Until December 2020, Mr. Ramakrishna was Chief Executive Officer of Pulse Secure, LLC a privately-held provider of secure access and mobile security solutions, where he oversaw all aspects of business strategy and execution since joining in May 2015. In December of 2020, Pulse Secure was officially sold by Siris Capital Group to IT software company Ivanti for an undisclosed price. Prior to this, Mr. Ramakrishna served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Enterprise and Service Provider Division of Citrix Systems, Inc. Prior to 2013, Mr. Ramakrishna held similar senior leadership roles with Polycom, Inc., Motorola, Inc., Stoke, Inc., 3COM Corporation and U.S. Robotics Corporation. Mr. Ramakrishna earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Osmania University, a master’s degree in computer science from Kansas State University and a master’s of management degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
