Damon Adams

Damon Adams, PMI-ACP, PMP, ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF, CSM has over 14 years of experience in product and project management, agile delivery, business process improvement, and sales.

In 2021, Damon began working as the Director of Product & Project Management at SolasAI, where they are responsible for creating and managing the product roadmap and overall product delivery strategy.

From 2019 to 2021, Damon worked at General Dynamics Information Technology as a Sr. Solutions Manager and Sr. Business Process Advisor. In this role, they created and managed product roadmaps, identified and managed cross-team dependencies, and led discovery and solutioning sessions.

From 2017 to 2019, Damon worked at Solutions By Design II, LLC as an Agile Coach and Agile Delivery Lead. During this time, they identified, implemented, and sustained agile processes across multiple application development teams and coached teams, scrum masters, business analysts, and clients on Agile values and principles.

From 2010 to 2017, Damon worked at Sentrana as a Senior Project/Product Manager and Market Execution Manager. In this role, they managed the entire project life cycle for multiple projects, led communication with project stakeholders, created formal Work Breakdown Structures, developed sales team identification of optimal targets, and developed marketing and sales tools.

Prior to this, from 2007 to 2010, Damon worked at US Foodservice as a Territory Manager.

Damon Adams has a long and varied educational history. Damon obtained their High School Diploma from Largo High School in 1997. Following this, they earned an AA in Culinary Arts from Baltimore International College in 1999. In 2014, they completed their BS in Information Systems Management with a focus in Information Technology from University of Maryland Global Campus. In 2017, Adams obtained their Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. In the same year, they also received their Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance. In 2018, they earned their ICP-ACC and ICP-ATF certifications from ICAgile. Finally, in 2021, they obtained their PMI-ACP certification from the Project Management Institute.
