Paula Pinto is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the agricultural and materials sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer at SOLASTA Bio, Paula is responsible for developing the company's global go-to-market strategy and corporate alliances. As Chief Executive Officer of Turningpoint Alliance, Paula focuses on decarbonizing food systems in collaboration with farmers. Paula also holds a position as Independent Director and Chair of the Nominating & Governance Committee at Essential Ingredients, Inc., providing strategic guidance within various committees. Previously, Paula led marketing and business excellence at UPL, achieving significant growth, and played a pivotal role in the integration of Arysta LifeScience into UPL. With a background in operations and management at GE and Momentive, Paula holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
