Marianna Tenisheva

Marianna Tenisheva serves as the Food Safety & Quality Assurance Manager at SOLATO since March 2023. Prior to this role, Marianna was the Lead of Manufacturing and FSQA Manager at Eat Mana from March 2016 to March 2023, focusing on process improvement for a startup eCommerce in ready-to-eat frozen desserts and enforcing compliance with regulatory requirements. Experience also includes serving as Food Safety Manager at SPbferma, where Marianna developed and implemented quality assurance procedures for a startup dairy manufacturer, and Quality Assurance and Food Safety Manager at Lenta, managing auditing of food manufacturing and supply chain processes. Earlier in the career, Marianna held positions at Roscosmos, providing oversight for safety and sanitation measures, and at the Federal Service for Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing, offering expertise in GMP food safety. Marianna earned a Doctor of Medicine degree in Community Health and Preventive Medicine from North-Western State Medical University named after I.I. Mechnikov in 2006.
