Shelly Gitelman

Shelly Gitelman is a skilled food technologist currently working at SOLATO since October 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Sustainable Packaging Technologist and Sustainable Packaging Intern at Strauss Coffee B.V. from July 2021 to August 2022, as well as a Junior Food Technologist at SavorEat from November 2020 to March 2021. Shelly Gitelman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Robert H. Smith Faculty of Agriculture, Food and Environment, completed in July 2022.
