Nicole Gillespie serves as the Associate Director of Product Development at Solawave, beginning in September 2023. Previously, as the Director of Product Innovation & Quality Assurance at Prima from April 2019 to May 2023, Nicole led comprehensive product development strategies that resulted in significant portfolio growth and established sustainable supply chain practices. Prior roles include Sr. Manager and Manager of Product Development & Quality Assurance at Josie Maran Cosmetics, and various quality assurance positions at The Honest Company. Nicole's extensive background encompasses quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and consumer safety, underpinned by a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Pepperdine University.
