Yvonne Lim-Ly

Yvonne Lim-Ly has had a long and varied career in product development and production. Yvonne began their career in 2002 as a Fashion Week Assistant for Perth Fashion Week. In 2003, they were a Public Relations Intern at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide, and in 2004, they were an Account Executive at P.O.P Specialist. From 2005 to 2012, Yvonne worked at Valiram in various roles, including Assistant Category Manager, Duty-Free Retail, and Manager for COACH and Hermès. During this time, they traveled overseas to procure merchandise and source for new vendors. From 2012 to 2018, Yvonne was an Associate Sourcing Manager at West Elm, managing the product lifecycle from development through production and shipping. Finally, from 2018 to 2022, Yvonne was a Sourcing Manager at J.Crew, overseeing product development and production for Womens and Kids Jewelry and Hair Accessories for both J. Crew and J. Crew Outlet brand. Currently, they are the Senior Director of Product Development and Sourcing at Super Smalls.

Yvonne Lim-Ly attended Curtin University, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with a double major in Marketing and Public Relations.
