Victor Alekhno

Victor Alekhno began their work experience in 2010 as a Project Manager/Team leader at ZTE corporation's Belarus representative office. Victor was responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the work of their own team and contractors. From 2011 to 2013, they served as a Regional/Roll Out Manager/Project Manager, where they planned, organized, and controlled the work of engineers in the region, including new site installation, commissioning, and maintenance.

In 2013, Victor joined Kapsch Telematic Services as a Project Manager and later took on the role of Change Manager. During their time there, they implemented the process of "Change Management" in the ITIL methodology and participated in integrating ITIL practices into the company's routine work.

In 2014, Victor became the Director of LLC "VIOLMAengineering," where they focused on strategic planning for the company's activity and maintaining relationships with partners.

Since 2019, Victor has been working at Solbeg as a Project Manager/Scrum Master, responsible for managing project tasks and requirements, including scope, time, budget, and overall quality. Victor supports both Agile and waterfall project management approaches and holds the position of Deputy Business Unit Manager as of September 2021.

Victor Alekhno's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor and specialist degree in Mathematics and computer science from Belarusian State University. This education took place from 2002 to 2007. In addition, Victor pursued further education by earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Project Management from the School of Business and Management of Technology of Belarusian State University, which they completed from 2012 to 2014.

Furthermore, Victor Alekhno has obtained an additional certification, specifically the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification, from Scrum.org in December 2019.
