Gadd Jodie Groas has a diverse work experience. They began their career in 2009 at Dell as a Technical Support Correspondent in the IT division, where they were responsible for inventory control, customer care, technical analysis, and resolution of hardware/software issues. In 2010, they moved to Intel Corporation as an Associate Accountant in the Corporate Services Construction Finance division, where they led cost and risk reviews, quarterly forecasting, collections, accounts receivable, and billing. In 2013, they joined Radvision as a Business Analyst, where they were the financial lead of the Video and Technical business units. Their duties included budget control, forecasting, quarterly business incentive calculations, monitoring business units, and preparing periodical financial results analysis and managerial reports. Finally, in 2014, they co-founded SolCold.
Gadd Jodie Groas obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Business Management from Haifa University, Israel in 2008.
