John London

John London is the current Chief Financial Officer at SolCyber. Prior to this, they were the Chief Financial Officer at Top Image Systems (NASDAQ), where they were responsible for turnaround actions to lower costs and obtain additional financing. John also successfully completed due diligence activities and transitioned all F&A processes to the Buyer. John has also served as Principal and Consultant at John London, CPA, where they provided consulting, interim CFO and other finance and accounting services to technology, outsourcing, software (SaaS), professional and other service oriented businesses. John has also served as Chief Financial Officer at Magna5 and EVP, Finance & Accounting, CFO, and Operations at Xerox Business Services (previously Affiliated Computer Services). Most recently, they were CFO & Coinvestor at Zenta. John began their career as a Senior Audit Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they worked for 11 years.

John London received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Texas A&M University in 1984. John is currently a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Texas.
