Mike Maloney is an experienced Real Estate Broker at Soldera Properties, Inc. since December 2014, specializing in residential and commercial real estate in Oregon, particularly in sales and leasing for a major industrial landowner in Portland. Additionally, Mike serves as a Managing Partner at OTR Media, an outdoor advertising firm launched in September 2010, which utilizes trucking companies for high-impact advertising. Prior to these roles, Mike worked as an Account Executive at The Oregonian from September 1993 to October 2007, where efforts focused on attracting new advertising clients and launching the Custom Media Division. Earlier experience includes a position as Sales Manager at Jet Media, Inc. from 1991 to 1993, where Mike excelled in sales and team management. Mike is an alumnus of Portland State University.
