Pierre Vermeulen

Pierre Vermeulen began their career in 1996 as a Marketing Executive at LeasePlan International. In 1997, they completed an MBA Internship as a Marketing Executive at LeasePlan Hungary. Pierre then returned to LeasePlan International in 1998 as a Corporate Account Executive and International Sales Associate. In 2002, they became Manager International Coordination, starting up a new department from scratch and increasing sales from 0 to 5% of global turn-over. In 2005, they moved to LeasePlan Nederland as International Sales Manager and Head of IC. In 2007, they became Commercial Director of LeasePlan India, the market leader in India for full operational car leasing. In 2009, they took on the role of Vice President of the India Netherlands Business Association, providing consultancy advice for Dutch companies setting up operations in India and revitalizing the association. In 2010, they became CEO and founder of LeaseTech B.V. and in 2011, they founded Solease, with the mission of achieving mass conversion of Rooftop Solar PV Systems.

Pierre Vermeulen's education history includes an MBA from the CEMS Global Alliance in Management Education, an MSc BA from Erasmus University Rotterdam, a CEMS from Corvinus University of Budapest, and a VWO from Sint Oelbert Gymnasium, Oosterhout (NB) between the years of 1986 and 2000.
