Christopher J. Purtill

Christopher “CJ” is responsible for advising issuers on equity monetization and driving our team’s execution of ECM transactions. He has a depth of experience in equity research and investor relations across sectors with recent executions in software, consumer, healthcare and industrial verticals.

Notable client engagements include IPOs and follow-ons for PPD, Reynolds Consumer Products, Ceridian HCM, Farfetch, REVOLVE, Amalgamated Bank, US Foods, Atkore International, Foundation Building Materials, and SiteOne.

CJ joined Solebury Capital in 2015 from T. Rowe Price where he was an equity research analyst covering the global technology, media and telecom space. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price, CJ was a senior equity research analyst with Janney Montgomery Scott covering water utilities and industrials. He began his career at Aqua America, Inc., initially as a senior associate on the investor relations team and later as Director of Investor Relations.

CJ is a CFA Charterholder and member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia. He earned a B.S. in Business from Villanova University where he studied finance and accounting, and resides in Bucks County, PA with his wife and two children.
