Matthew Collins

Matt is a Managing Director at Solebury Capital and joined the firm in 2010 after working in Equity Capital Markets at both Lehman Brothers and Credit Suisse. Since joining Solebury, Matt has worked on over 100 IPOs and follow-on offerings, leading many of the firm’s consumer and technology transactions. Matt works closely with his clients to guide them Matt has advised on IPOs and follow-ons for Floor & Decor, Grocery Outlet, Pret a Manger, Planet Fitness, Acushnet (Titleist and FootJoy), PetIQ, Habit Burger, Bojangles, Five Below, Boot Barn and Sally Beauty, amongst many others. Within technology, Matt has advised on transactions for Ping Identity, Ceridian, Paycom, Farfetch, QAD Software, Black Knight, Casper and REVOLVE, amongst others.

Matt graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and lives in New Hope, PA with his wife and two daughters, and English Springer Spaniel.
