Ed Yuen has a strong background in finance and communications, with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Ed started their career in 1999 as an Associate in Equity Research at Banc of America Securities LLC, where they focused on Energy Technology and Independent Power. In 2003, they moved to Burnham Securities Inc as a Senior Associate in Equity Research, specializing in Electric Utilities and Independent Power. Ed then joined Wells Fargo Securities LLC in 2004 and held roles as a Senior Associate in Equity Research for Electric Power and Utilities and as a Vice President in Energy & Power Investment Banking. In 2009, Ed joined SunTrust Robinson Humphrey as an Associate Analyst in Equity Research for Electric Power and Utilities. Ed then transitioned to Societe Generale in 2011, where they worked as a Senior Associate in Equity Capital Markets and Equity Private Placements. Currently, Ed is the Managing Director at Solebury Strategic Communications, a firm that partners with companies to help them raise capital, access investors, and manage investor relations and corporate communications. Ed has a wide range of skills and expertise in equity finance, transaction marketing, valuation analysis, due diligence, and more.

Ed Yuen attended Tufts University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Their field of study at Tufts was Economics and Environmental Studies. In addition to their degree, Ed Yuen has obtained several certifications from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). In October 2000, they obtained the Series 7 certification. In September 2000, they also obtained the Series 63 certification. In November 2004, Ed Yuen obtained the Series 87 certification, and in January 2005, they obtained the Series 86 certification. Their most recent certification, the Series 79, was obtained in November 2011.
