Steve Bianchi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Steve started their career at Hewlett-Packard in 1996, holding several management positions in channel operations, consumer direct IT, and supplies trade marketing and operations. From 2006 to 2010, they served as the VP of Americas Channel Operations and later as the VP of Americas Volume Direct Operations. In 2011, Bianchi joined Solect Energy Development, LLC as a partner, where they assumed the role of Senior Vice President and General Manager of Customer Services. In this capacity, they were responsible for overseeing operations and maintenance, SREC management, and solar investment optimization services, as well as driving initiatives for excellent customer satisfaction.

Steve Bianchi attended Hesser College from 1978 to 1980, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer Science. Following this, they pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management at Lesley University from 1987 to 1989.
