Caylen Butler

Caylen Butler has extensive work experience in the field of safety and security. Caylen is currently the Company Director of Safety & Security at Soleil Management, a role they took on in July 2022. Previously, they served as the Assistant Director of Safety & Security at the same company from January 2022 to July 2022. Prior to joining Soleil Management, Caylen worked as the Security Operations Manager at Westgate Resorts from June 2021 to January 2022. Caylen also held various positions at MGM Resorts International - ARIA Resort & Casino, including Security Assistant Shift Manager from March 2013 to July 2016, Security Special Events & Projects Supervisor from November 2010 to March 2013, Security Shift Supervisor from October 2009 to November 2010, and Security Officer & Assistant Supervisor from July 2005 to October 2009. Caylen was also a part of the opening team for MGM National Harbor in 2016 as a Security Shift Manager. Prior to that, they were the Safety & Security Manager at Tahiti Village, a Soleil Management Property from April 2018 to July 2019 and the Safety & Security Area Manager (Operations) at all Las Vegas properties managed by Soleil Management from July 2019 to June 2021.

Caylen Butler attended Michigan State University from 1997 to 2003, focusing on a business-related field of study. However, it is unclear whether they obtained a degree during this time.
