Mike Phillips

Mike Phillips has extensive experience in finance and advisory roles, currently serving as Chair of the Finance, Audit and Risks Committee at The School for Social Entrepreneurs since October 2016. In addition, Mike has been a Non Executive Director at WeddingPlanner.co.uk since October 2015 and holds board advisory positions at AKD Solutions and Solely Original. As a mentor to CEOs and entrepreneurs at mimentor.net since June 2011, Mike provides guidance to early-stage businesses across various sectors. Previously, Mike was a Partner at PwC from July 1998 to June 2011 and held a similar role at Deloitte, Haskins & Sells and Coopers & Lybrand from September 1975 to June 1998. Mike's educational background includes a BSc in Economics from the University of Bath and an FCA in Accounting and Finance from ICAEW.
