Christian Montagna

Christian Montagna has over 25 years of experience in supply chain and operations management. Christian currently serves as the Vice President of Supply Chain & Operations for Latin America at Solenis since March 2021. Prior to this role, they were the Supply Chain & Operations Director at Solenis from 2018 to 2021.

Before joining Solenis, Christian worked at Ashland Inc as a Plant Manager from 2013 to 2018. Christian was responsible for overseeing plant operations during this time.

Christian's earlier experience includes various roles at Rhodia. Christian worked as an Industrial Manager for the Phenol & Derivatives division from 2012 to 2013, where they were responsible for strategic planning and managing production operations. Prior to this, they served as an Industrial Manager (Chemical) for various chemical plants from 2010 to 2012. Christian also held positions as a Production Manager, Process Coordinator, Production Engineer, Senior Process Engineer, and Production Assistant during their tenure at Rhodia.

Christian began their career as a Process Engineer at Cia Nitro Química Brasileira in 1996 and worked there until 2000.

Throughout their career, Christian has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic planning abilities in the fields of supply chain and operations management.

Christian Montagna attended Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas from 2002 to 2006, where they studied Journalism. Christian then pursued a specialization in Business Administration at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1995, they studied Chemical Engineering at Faculdade de Engenharia Industrial.
