Elena Kaganovich

Elena Kaganovich has extensive work experience in the field of human resources, compensation, and benefits. Elena has held various leadership roles throughout their career. From 1997 to 1998, they worked as a Tax Accountant at Bank of America. Elena then worked as an Accounting Supervisor at PNC Financial Services Group from 1998 to 1999. Following this, they joined Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company as a Compensation Analyst/Senior Accountant from 1999 to 2006. Elena then worked at ARAMARK as a Sr. Executive Compensation Analyst from 2006 to 2009, and later as a Sr. Manager Human Resources International from 2009 to 2011. From 2011 to 2017, they were employed at TD, where they served as a Sr. Manager Compensation and Wealth Data Analytics Manager. Since 2017, they have been working at Cenlar FSB, initially as a Director of Compensation and Benefits, and currently as the Vice President Compensation Benefits and HR Ops. In 2022, they joined Solenis as the Vice President, Global Total Rewards.

Elena Kaganovich has a Masters degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
