Jarian Wade

Jarian Wade is a seasoned professional in compensation and total rewards, currently serving as Vice President of Global Total Rewards at Shift4 since June 2025. Previously, Jarian held the position of Head of Compensation at Block from April 2022 to June 2025. Prior experience includes roles such as Compensation Lead for Microsoft’s US and Worldwide M&O divisions, Senior Manager of Compensation at Cox Automotive Inc., and Manager of Compensation & HR Operations at Intercontinental Exchange. Jarian's career began as a Compensation Analyst at Invesco US and a Consultant in Mergers & Acquisitions at Aon Hewitt. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Public Administration with a focus on Management and Finance from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina.
