Elwin de Valk is an accomplished business leader currently serving as General Manager EMEA at Solenis since January 2022, specializing in water treatment solutions for swimming pools and spas. As the Founder and Managing Partner of ReinventTogether B.V. since May 2018, Elwin focuses on business coaching and mentoring for executives and teams, enhancing individual and team performance. Previously, Elwin held senior roles at Sigura as Senior VP and General Manager EMEA, and at Marketing Evolution, where leadership centered on customer success. With extensive experience at Cycling Sports Group and Philips in various senior positions, Elwin has demonstrated a strong capability in P&L management, operational strategy, and market growth. Elwin holds an MSc in Applied Mathematics from Delft University of Technology and an MBA in General Management from TSM Business School, complemented by executive education at Harvard Business School.
