Holly Hale

Holly Hale is currently serving as the Associate Director of Chemistry Innovation at Solenis since February 2024. Prior to this role, Holly held various positions at Diversey from July 2018 to February 2024, including Principal Global R&D Performance Evaluation Expert and Sr. Performance Evaluation Expert in Infection Prevention. Holly's career also includes experience as a Sr. Associate and Associate in Chemistry at SC Johnson Professional™, where significant contributions were made in developing hard surface cleaner portfolios. Earlier roles include a Research Scientist position at Adecco, focused on formulation and lab research for Vecco, leading to authorship on three patents, and a Sales Associate role at Aeropostale. Holly earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside between 2006 and 2011.
