Irina Radszuweit

Irina Radszuweit is the Global Strategic Marketing Director for Institutional Solutions at Solenis, a role assumed in July 2023. Prior to this, Radszuweit served as Global Strategic Marketing Director for Growth & Innovation in Kitchen Care, Food Service, and Hospitality at Diversey from September 2017 to June 2023, where responsibilities included driving growth and profitability in food service and retail back of house operations. Radszuweit's experience also encompasses various marketing leadership positions at Sealed Air Corporation and JohnsonDiversey, where contributions included shaping sector strategies and managing marketing initiatives across Europe and beyond. Radszuweit holds a Master in International Management from the University of Cologne, along with a Diplom-Kauffrau degree in Business Studies and additional studies at Copenhagen Business School.
