Janne Talka

Janne Talka currently serves as the Digital (Analytics) Development Team Lead at Solenis, focusing on team leadership and digital application lifecycle management for analytics services. Previously, Janne held the role of Operations and Digital Development at Diversey, where significant contributions included launching a digital data analytics product for food and beverage markets, leading software outsourcing projects, and establishing successful remote working models. Additional experience spans positions in M&A support, advanced manufacturing engineering at GE Healthcare, purchasing management, and operations management across various organizations, including Nokia, where Janne was responsible for supplier quality and project leadership in camera development. Janne holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and additional studies in Business Management from Tampere University of Technology.
