Katarzyna Kahl

Katarzyna Kahl serves as the Regional Senior Business Counsel EMEA at Solenis since February 2024, previously holding the position of Regional Business Counsel EMEA. Prior to this role, Katarzyna spent nearly nine years at HTL-STREFA S.A., where responsibilities included serving as Legal and Corporate Affairs Director, Legal and Compliance Director, and Legal Counsel, overseeing corporate legal affairs, compliance culture, and key ESG initiatives. Earlier career experience includes a position as Associate at White & Case LLP, specializing in M&A and corporate law, as well as employment law. Katarzyna holds an Executive MBA from Warsaw University of Technology Business School along with degrees in law from multiple institutions, including the University of Warsaw and Warsaw Bar Council.
