Kathryn McKenning

Kathryn McKenning is a seasoned professional in learning and development with extensive experience in the supply chain and training sectors. Currently serving as the Global Manager for Supply Chain Training at Solenis since February 2019, Kathryn previously held positions including Learning and Development Manager for Supply Chain EMEA at Solenis and Learning and Development Manager for Europe North at BASF from June 2011 to February 2019. Earlier in their career, Kathryn was the Head of Learning and Development at Serco from September 2006 to June 2011, and held similar leadership roles at Thorn Financial Group and Thorn Asia Limited. Kathryn's educational background includes studies at BPP University and the University of Bedfordshire.
