Luis Miguel Sanchez Cerro is an accomplished professional in the field of business development and sales within the industrial solutions sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development and Commercial Operations at Solenis since February 2019, Luis Miguel has held various regional sales director positions focused on industrial water technologies across South Europe, MEA, and emerging markets. Prior experience includes over nine years at BASF, where roles spanned from Head of Sales for South & Emerging EMEA to Technical Sales in paper and water chemicals. Luis Miguel began the career as an Account Manager at Ciba and pursued a Ph.D. at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where a degree in Chemical Engineering was obtained.
