Michael Kriner

Michael Kriner has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Michael began their career in 1975 as a Claims Manager at Prudential Healthcare and worked there until 1996. Michael then joined NCR as a Director of Global Benefits and served in that role for over 10 years. In 2007, Kriner moved to Teradata Corporation, where they continued to work as a Global Benefits Director for the next 10 years. In 2017, they joined Diversey as the Global Benefits Director and later transitioned to the role of Director Total Rewards. Kriner's most recent role is at Solenis, starting in 2023, where they serve as the Director of Global Compensation.
