Milena Polo has extensive experience in HR and talent management, having worked at Solenis as Director HR Business Partner / Talent Strategy and Senior Global Talent Management Leader. Milena is currently the Head of Human Resources for Latin America, where Milena plays a pivotal role in driving people strategy and ensuring alignment with business goals. Prior to their current role, Milena worked at PwC as a Consultant Advisory in People & Change, providing HR services to a diverse client base. Milena holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidade São Judas Tadeu.
