Paula Lima

Paula Lima is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Associate Director of Global Talent, Learning & Development at Solenis since September 2016, following roles as Sr Manager for Global Leadership & Organizational Development and HRBP for LATAM within the same company. Prior to Solenis, Paula worked at PDG Incorporadora e Construtora as Supervisor of HR & Organizational Development from July 2013 to September 2016, and at PwC Brasil as an HR Analyst from January 2009 to December 2012. Paula holds a Pós-Graduação in Economia Comportamental from FIA Business School, completed in 2021, and a Bachelor in Psychology from Universidade São Marcos, obtained in 2012.
