Sneha Thanneru

Sneha Thanneru is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Site HR Lead at Solenis since September 2024, Sneha previously held the position of Zonal HR Head - Commercial for Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages from August 2023 to September 2024. Sneha's career also includes significant roles such as HR Manager at Reckitt, P&O Business Partner at Novartis, and Sr. Associate Lead - HR at Infosys, where responsibilities included onboarding more than 3,000 employees. In the earlier stages of the career, Sneha worked as an HR Consultant at Naman Integrated Management Services, developing training solutions for pharmaceutical companies. Sneha holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a BBA in the same field from Nagpur University.
