Sylwia Matwiej

Sylwia Matwiej has extensive experience in accounting and financial management, currently serving as the Center of Excellence NA Controller at Solenis since October 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing accounting and reporting in North America. Prior roles at Solenis include Accounting Manager and Accounting Supervisor. Previously, Sylwia worked at Accenture Services Sp. Z O.O. as a Senior Business Accountant - GL Team Lead, managing teams and client relations while handling financial reporting and month-end processes. Earlier experience includes positions at Miller Homes, LLC, Toolcom Supplies, and Uniwersytet Warszawski, with a strong focus on management accounts, financial analysis, and statutory reporting. Sylwia holds a Master's Degree from the University of Warsaw.
