Dr. Darren Britton

Dr. Darren Britton is a seasoned professional in sport psychology, currently serving as a Lecturer at Solent University since May 2018 and as an Academy Psychologist for Harlequins since August 2022. With extensive experience including roles as a Sport Psychologist for the Talented Athlete Scholarship Scheme since January 2017 and for the Dorset Cricket Board until August 2023, Dr. Britton has delivered both one-on-one and group workshops to athletes across multiple institutions. Previous positions include working as a Psychologist at Spire Healthcare Group plc and contributions to AFC Bournemouth and Hampshire Cricket as a YDP Psychologist and Sport Psychologist, respectively. Dr. Britton’s academic credentials include a PhD in Sport Psychology from Bournemouth University and a Master's degree from Brunel University of London.
