Becky Rand

Becky Rand has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1992 at AstraZeneca as a Cardiovascular Specialty Representative and later becoming an Executive Pharmaceutical Specialist. Becky then worked at Premier, Inc. as a Sr. Director before joining Humana Inc. as a Strategic Consultant. In 2019, Becky moved to ExceleraRx, LLC where they served as the VP of Manufacturer Relations until 2021. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Industry Relations and Business Development at Soleo Health. Prior to their career in the pharmaceutical industry, Becky worked at Nexvoice as a District Manager and at Capgemini in New Business Development.

Becky Rand earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology & Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1992. Becky later pursued a Masters of Business degree with a focus on Humans Resource Management at the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, graduating in 1997.
