Raoul Spaan

Raoul Spaan possesses extensive legal expertise with a focus on Contract Law, Corporate Law, and Intellectual Property across various roles. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel EMEA at Solera Netherlands since August 2017, Raoul has also held positions as Sr. Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel within the same organization. Prior experience includes functioning as a Legal Advisor at Bovemij Rechtshulp and participating as a member of the Supervisory Board and Founder/Treasurer at Rechtswinkel 's-Hertogenbosch. Raoul's internships at Dirkzwager advocaten & notarissen and Boekel De Nerée further solidified a foundational understanding of Intellectual Property, Corporate Law, and Commercial Contracts. Educational achievements include a Master of Laws from Radboud University, a Postgraduate Degree in IT Law from ICTRecht Academy, and a CIPP/E certification in Privacy Law from the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
