Luciana Rengifo Cerna is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in the banking and insurance sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Designer at Solera, Luciana focuses on the digital experience for acquiring and managing financial products in collaboration with BBVA and Rímac Seguros. Previous roles include Principal Experience Designer at Vivela.lat, where Luciana designed user experiences for mortgage acquisitions, and UX & Service Design Lead at Continuum HQ, overseeing digital product redesigns for notable clients such as BBVA and Pacífico Seguros. Additionally, Luciana has contributed to education as a mentor in Lean UX and Service Design at UTEC and held various production and coordination roles in cultural projects, including significant exhibitions at the Centro de la Imagen.
